These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and us that governs your use of this website and our services. We encourage you to read them carefully. Words For Walking LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides publishing advisory and education services.
By using this website, accessing any free content, or engaging any paid service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
We offer publishing advisory and education services including but not limited to consulting, strategy, coaching, workshops, masterclasses, and other educational content. Services are offered individually and may be updated or expanded at any time.
Services are delivered primarily via video call and digital communication. In-person sessions may be arranged at our discretion and will require a separate written confirmation outlining location, any applicable travel or venue costs, and any additional terms specific to the in-person engagement. These Terms of Service remain in effect alongside any such written confirmation.
We may offer free content and services from time to time, including but not limited to strategy calls, masterclasses, webinars, workshops, guides, and other educational resources.
These free offerings are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute a formal consulting engagement, professional advice, or a client relationship between you and us. No guarantee of outcome or result is made in connection with any free offering.
Participation in any free offering does not obligate you to purchase any paid service, nor does it obligate us to provide ongoing support beyond the scope of the specific free offering.
Free 30-minute strategy calls are offered at no charge and may be booked through our scheduling system. These calls are introductory in nature and do not constitute a formal consulting engagement.
Paid engagements, including the 3-Hour Strategy Intensive, require payment in full prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is processed through Stripe.
Current service fees are listed on the website and are subject to change at any time. The fee for the 3-Hour Strategy Intensive is currently $500 USD and includes a written action plan delivered within 3 business days of the session.
All fees are listed in USD. Clients outside the United States are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees or international transaction charges.
Free consultations: You may cancel or reschedule a free 30-minute strategy call once at no charge. If you cancel or fail to attend a rescheduled free consultation, the free consultation is forfeited and no further complimentary sessions will be offered.
Paid sessions: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled paid session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
If we cancel a session, a full refund will be issued or the session rescheduled at your preference.
Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are not available once a session has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 7 days and we will work in good faith to address your concerns.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, the author readiness quiz, frameworks, methodologies, worksheets, guides, course materials, and educational content — is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
Any written deliverables produced during a consulting engagement (such as your action plan) are provided for your personal and professional use. You retain full ownership of your own manuscript, story, and creative work at all times.
Materials shared during workshops, masterclasses, or group educational programs are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute these materials without our prior written consent.
"Words For Walking" and any associated logos, program names, course titles, or framework names are trademarks or service marks of Words For Walking LLC. Nothing in these Terms of Service grants you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of our trademarks or any content that is confusingly similar to our brand is prohibited and may result in legal action.
